Sri Lanka's Industrial Software Leader

We Build the Software Sri Lanka's Industries Run On

EITT Solutions was founded with a single belief: that Sri Lankan manufacturers, constructors, and industrial enterprises deserve enterprise-grade software built for their specific context — not generic tools retrofitted from overseas.

Our Story

Born on the Factory Floor.
Built for Industry.

EITT Solutions was not built in a co-working space by developers who had never seen a production line. We started by spending months inside Sri Lanka's garment factories, construction sites, and food processing plants — learning the real operational pain of paper-based HACCP logs, manual OEE calculations, and Excel-driven compliance audits.

That ground-level empathy is baked into every product decision. Every module is co-designed with the floor supervisors, quality managers, and CFOs who actually use it — ensuring real usability on the factory floor, not just in demos.

We are early in our journey, and we are looking for forward-thinking manufacturers who want to build Sri Lanka's next generation of smart factories together.

  • Started as an ERP consulting firm focused on manufacturing
  • Built our first proprietary CMMS for a Colombo textile factory
  • Expanded into Industrial IoT and real-time OEE monitoring
  • Launched HACCP and ISO compliance platforms for food exports
  • Integrated AI — predictive maintenance and computer vision QC
  • Growing our client base across Sri Lanka's industrial sectors
Our Mission

Digitise Sri Lanka's Industrial Backbone

To accelerate the digital transformation of Sri Lanka's manufacturing, construction, and industrial sectors by delivering cloud-native ERP, IoT, AI, and compliance platforms that are affordable, implementable, and built for local operational realities — with support from people who understand your business.

  • Cloud-native, mobile-first delivery
  • Sub-30-day implementation cycles
  • Local support, local compliance
  • Modular — start small, scale fast
Our Vision

The Smart Industrial Nation

A Sri Lanka where every factory floor, every construction site, and every food processing facility runs on intelligent, connected software — where real-time OEE data drives production decisions, where compliance is automated rather than audited, and where local SMEs compete on the same digital plane as global multinationals.

  • AI-driven industrial decision-making
  • Zero paper-based compliance processes
  • IoT-connected machinery nationwide
  • Sri Lankan software in global supply chains

Why Digital Transformation Now

Sri Lanka's Industries Can't Afford to Wait

Five converging forces are making digital transformation an existential imperative for Sri Lankan industrials — not a nice-to-have.

Global Supply Chain Pressure

Sri Lankan exporters face increasing demands from European, US, and Japanese buyers for digital traceability, real-time quality data, and automated compliance documentation. Paper-based systems are disqualifying Sri Lankan suppliers from premium contracts.

73%of EU buyers require digital audit trails

Regulatory Compliance Escalation

The Department of Labour, Sri Lanka Standards Institution, and Department of Export Agriculture have all tightened reporting requirements. Maintaining compliance manually now requires entire teams. Automation reduces that cost by 80–95%.

Foreign Direct Investment Requirements

Multinational brands and FDI partners increasingly require ISO-certified, digitally auditable operations as a pre-condition for investment or partnership. Companies without an ERP backbone are being excluded from joint ventures and acquisition targets.

Workforce Productivity Gap

Sri Lankan manufacturers operate at 40–60% of achievable OEE due to preventable downtime, poor inventory visibility, and manual scheduling. Digital systems deployed properly close that gap within the first quarter — often paying for themselves in 6–9 months.

The Local Expertise Advantage

Overseas ERP vendors treat Sri Lanka as an afterthought — with no local support, no EPF/ETF compliance, no BOQ billing, no Sinhala interfaces, and no understanding of how business actually works here. EITT was built specifically for this market.

Our Technical Approach

The Architecture Behind Every Product

Five non-negotiable engineering principles that govern how every module at EITT is designed, deployed, and supported.

1
Assess
2
Design
3
Deploy
4
Train
5
Optimise
Modular Architecture
Start with one module. Add more when you are ready.
  • Each module is independently deployable — no forced bundles
  • Shared data layer means no re-entry between modules
  • Licensing scales with usage, not seat count
  • Switch off unused modules without losing data
Cloud-Native Philosophy
Zero-infrastructure, always-on, auto-scaling.
  • Hosted on AWS Asia Pacific (Singapore) — lowest latency in region
  • 99.9% uptime SLA with automated failover
  • Daily encrypted backups, SOC 2 compliant storage
  • On-premise option available for ISO 27001 clients
Mobile-First Design
The floor, the site, the truck — not just the desk.
  • Progressive Web App works offline on the factory floor
  • Barcode/QR scanning for inventory and work orders
  • Push alerts for machine alarms, compliance deadlines
  • Sinhala-language interface for floor-level staff
Deep Integration Capability
Connect to the systems you already use.
  • REST API + webhook framework for custom integrations
  • Pre-built connectors for SAP, Sage, QuickBooks, Tally
  • PLC/SCADA IoT bridge for real-time machine data
  • BI export to Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau
Local Compliance by Default
Not an add-on. Built in from day one.
  • EPF/ETF and Inland Revenue payroll compliance baked in
  • Sri Lanka Standards Institution (SLSI) report templates
  • BOQ-format construction billing and retention tracking
  • HACCP log formats accepted by EU, USDA, and Japan auditors
Our Core Values

What We Stand For

Six principles that govern every product we ship, every support call we handle, and every client we partner with.

01

Customer Obsession

Every product decision starts with one question: does this make the end user's day better? We measure success by our customers' OEE numbers, not our own ARR.

02

Integrity by Default

We do not oversell features. If a module doesn't fit your use-case, we will tell you. We would rather lose a deal than gain an unhappy customer.

03

Local Accountability

Sri Lanka built this product. Sri Lanka supports it. Every implementation manager, every support engineer, every solution architect is based locally — in your time zone, speaking your language.

04

Speed with Substance

We ship fast — 28-day deployments — but never at the expense of data integrity or compliance accuracy. Speed is not an excuse for cutting corners in industrial software.

05

Inclusive Design

Enterprise software should not require a degree to operate. Every interface is tested with floor-level staff, supervisors, and managers before it ships. Sinhala interfaces are standard.

06

Continuous Excellence

We hold ourselves to the same ISO standards we help our clients achieve. Our processes, our data security, and our support quality are audited and continuously improved.
